Kolby Ramey worked for the family sheet metal fabrication business Planned Poultry Renovations from 17 to 25 years old.  He then left the family business to pursue his college degree.  In 2015 Kolby received his bachelor of science degree in business from Liberty University and then went on to help manage Bridgeport Speedway for 7 years.  Kolby helped the Speedway to build up their marketing and sales strategies in hopes that they could one day sell the track and start another business.  Last year the Speedway was successfully sold and allowed the Ramey Family to embark upon their next adventure – Ramco Solutions.  Kolby is the Director of Operations at Ramco Solutions and handles all things hands on.
