Jason Monroe left his career at UPS in 2021 to join the Ramco Solutions team.  Growing up, he gained a great deal of knowledge and various skills working with his dad from an early age.  Jason brings a lot of strengths to the team, including his quick problem solving/troubleshooting skills and his exceptional work ethic. Jason has experience with CNC Fiber Laser and Press Brake operations, Stainless Steel Tig Welding, and basic layout and fabrication skills.
