Hali Monroe
Director of Finances
Hali Ramey Monroe graduated from Salisbury University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and graduated from Wilmington University in 2016 with a master’s degree in the science of management. With the two degrees, she combines her knowledge of human behavior and business to accomplish her goals in the professional world. In 2013, she came on board with her dad (Brian) and brother (Kolby) to help run a seemingly failing business. Working together, they learned that their strengths and weaknesses complimented one another well, and made a very powerful team. Hali is very passionate about building a business that puts family first and has strong core values. She feels her organization skills and close attention to detail are her strongest attributes that will help propel Ramco Solutions to success.
